Whole Lamb Reservation Deposit

Reserves a whole Katahdin lamb, pasture raised on our farm. This is a non-refundable fixed deposit that reserves your animal. The remaining balance is billed on live weight at $5.00 per pound, so a typical 70 pound lamb comes to about $350. This is not a next-day order — the animal still has to be scheduled and processed. We contact you after your deposit is paid to walk through the cut sheet, so you choose how it is cut and wrapped, and to agree a collection date. You collect at whichever location suits you — our store at 502 S Commercial Street in Crocker, or our stand at the Salem or Osage Beach farmers market, which are Saturday mornings only.
