Whole Bird Reservation Deposit

Reserves a pastured, non-GMO whole bird from our next processing run. This is a non-refundable fixed deposit that reserves your bird. The remaining balance is billed on the processed weight at $5.00 per pound, so most birds come to between $15 and $30. Birds are processed in batches rather than to order, so this is not a next-day order. We contact you after your deposit is paid to agree a collection date. You collect at whichever location suits you — our store at 502 S Commercial Street in Crocker, or our stand at the Salem or Osage Beach farmers market, which are Saturday mornings only.
