Canning Tomatoes

Field tomatoes picked ripe and sold by the bushel for canning, sauce and salsa. We pick these to order so they are not sitting in a cooler for a week first.

Season: Usually mid-July through September. Price: Runs about $28 a half bushel and $50 a bushel, depending on the season.

Reserve now and pay when you pick it up — nothing is charged online. We will call or email you when your order is ready and confirm the price by the bushel at that time, since bulk produce is priced on what the season is doing. Choose your pickup spot at checkout: the Crocker store, the Salem farmers market or the Osage Beach farmers market.
