The curled flower stalks we snap off the hardneck garlic in early summer so the bulbs size up. Mild garlic flavor, good grilled whole or blitzed into pesto. Only around for a couple of weeks. Priced per bunch. Pricing shown is temporary and will be finalized before availability.
