Reserves a quarter beef from our herd. This is a non-refundable fixed deposit that reserves your animal. The remaining balance is billed after processing based on the actual weight of your order. We send you a cut sheet before processing so you can choose how it is cut and wrapped, and you collect at whichever location suits you — our store at 502 S Commercial Street in Crocker, or our stand at the Salem or Osage Beach farmers market. You choose at checkout.
