Canning Beets

Beets by the bushel for pickling and canning, pulled and topped for you. Good uniform size so they cook evenly.

Season: Usually June through September, with a fall crop after that. Price: Runs about $25 a half bushel and $45 a bushel, depending on the season.

Reserve now and pay when you pick it up — nothing is charged online. We will call or email you when your order is ready and confirm the price by the bushel at that time, since bulk produce is priced on what the season is doing. Choose your pickup spot at checkout: the Crocker store, the Salem farmers market or the Osage Beach farmers market.
